You're holding all 12 sizes of the Otoko ring. This page takes you from opening the kit to sending it back.

  1. What's inside

    Twelve rings, each one 1 mm wider on the inside than the last. You'll barely see the difference from one size to the next, and that's the point.

  2. Trying them on

    You find your size by trying, never from a chart. Too small and the ring squeezes and leaves marks; too big and it slips, and the testicles drop back down. Take your time and try them all.

    How to put it on, in pictures: the illustrated guide (in French). The step everyone forgets: pull the bottom of the ring back toward the perineum, so it sits as close to the body as it can.

    Your size is the largest one that still holds the testicles up.

  3. Keep two

    A range works better than one exact size. People find the right fit far more often with two rings than with one, and some use both every day, one when they're active, the other when they're resting.

  4. Send the rest back

    Send the other ten back within about a month, using the return form. There's no hard deadline. Return shipping is on you.

    A ring that doesn't fit can be swapped, as many times as it takes: write to us or use the same form. You only pay the shipping.
